Refund policy

We allow domestic returns/exchanges that meet our return/exchange guidelines. 

•    Returns are your responsibility. We do not cover return shipping costs.
•    A store credit in the form of a Bougie Fit Chic gift card will be provided for all exchanges, allowing you to repurchase any in-stock item(s). 
•.   Your return/exchange items must meet the following guidelines:
•    All returns must be postmarked within 15 days of delivery
•    Must be returned in original packaging
•    Must not be worn or washed
•    Must be free of deodorant marks
•    Must be free of ALL stains of any kind (makeup, oils,lotions, etc.)
•    Must be free of human or animal hair
•    Must not be snagged or have pilling
•    Must be free of fragrances and offensive smells (body sprays, perfumes, body odor, etc)
•    Must have ALL included accessories (pads, drawstrings, etc.)
•    Excessive wrinkling of items may cause your return/exchange to be denied.
•    If your return package contains at least ONE item with biohazardous waste (bodily fluids, etc), it will be returned without question to the address on file and your return will be denied. We will not risk our health. 
•    Original shipping costs will not be refunded.
•    All sale items are final sale and will not be refunded, exchanged, or credited.
